The customer can pay the price for the sale of products of the online store of the website https://coffeebarexperts.gr/, as well as other agreed charges and costs, in the following ways:

- Credit Card

The online store accepts credit cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover types through the electronic environment of ALPHABANK. The payment of the price is made in full. The use of a credit or debit card charges the store with the amount of charge of the respective Bank. The Customer is responsible for the correct entry and the truth of the details of his credit card and the Company bears no responsibility in case of error.

Transaction Security

All payments made using a card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" electronic payments platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

- Cash on Delivery

The customer can settle the due amount for the sale through cash on delivery, i.e., by paying the amount in cash to a specially authorized employee of the Courier Company, upon delivery of the products at the delivery location specified by the Customer. For payment via cash on delivery, the Customer is charged with the amount of charge of the courier company. This charge appears on the checkout page titled "cash on delivery", after the Customer chooses cash on delivery as the payment method and before completing his order.

The cash on delivery option is provided exclusively for shipments within Greece.

- Cash in Store

If you choose to pick up your products from the Company's store, you will have the option to pay in the store either in cash or using a credit/debit card.
